The client

AMP Butchery is a neighbourhood butcher serving a loyal local customer base. Most of their regulars already used WhatsApp to ask about stock, place orders and arrange collection. The problem was that every conversation required a staff member to respond manually, often during peak trading hours.

The challenge

  • Broadcast and campaign tooling for sending templated specials and new-stock messages to opted-in customers.
